pity that

So I’m watching the one-eyed American god of distraction and a commercial pops up. Commercials are always popping up. Everywhere and on every device. Anyway, it’s a “hotel” commercial and son-of-a-bitch, the background music being used is a Clash tune. ‘Should I stay or should I go’ to be very specific.

Now the dumb asses using Clash music for a hotel commercial have absolutely no idea of what the Clash was saying or what the Clash was about. The commercial was insulting.

Isn’t that what most of American anything is about these days? Insulting. Profane. Disingenuous. Shabby and pornographic.

On a mostly unrelated note, Jebby Bush had to take several days and rethink his pronouncement that Jebby would have waxed genocidal on Iraq. No wait, Jebby changed his position and his mind and no he wouldn’t have waxed genocidal on Iraq. Evidently in Republican presidential candidacy circles, Bush war has become an albatross that not a one of the warmongering fuckers wants to wear. Evidently twice, war crimes are a subject that Jebby wants no part of.

Commercials using Clash music as soundtrack. Candidates rehashing war crimes that SHOULD have been prosecuted as such years ago. We all have el Jefé the Obama to thank for that slice of impunity bullshit. But it should come as no surprise that cops get away with murder in our postmodern blindmelon America.

‘Should I stay or should I go’?
