The Bushco regime wrought genocide on Iraq and it all went south from there. The Viceroy Bremer dismantled Iraq’s standing army and Iraq’s now dismissed standing army packed up their kit and headed for parts unknown.
The world knows full well where Iraq’s former standing army is at now. A fair portion of the ISIL/ISIS jihadi boys are former Iraq army guys.
Jeepers Bushco regime, thanks a heap for that.
The Obomber regime wrought genocide on Libya calling that genocide “humanitarian intervention” and, it all went south from there. Except a serious number of the fighters in Libya packed up significant caches of US/NATO supplied weaponry and headed to Syraq for fun and jihad.
You see in a grand game of geo-political chess-like proxy war, the US/NATO is as clueless as clueless can be. Knee-jerk and reactionary seems to cover US missteps regarding the slaughter in the Middle East.
None of that hardly matters now. “We’re” in it for the profiteering and nothing says profiteering like a useless proxy war that wastes lives that do not count yet turns magnificent profit for the boys @the military/industrial complex.
The surge in proxy warring and the uptick in Amerika’s economy are conjoined at the hip. Can’t be a having one without the evil of the second.
Here’s a few words from one of Amerika’s really deep-thinking foreign policy wankers –
“There’s something different about what happened from Charlie Hebdo, and I think everybody would feel that. There was a sort of particularized focus and perhaps even a legitimacy in terms of—not a legitimacy, but a rationale that you could attach yourself to somehow and say, okay, they’re really angry because of this and that. This Friday was absolutely indiscriminate. It wasn’t to aggrieve one particular sense of wrong. It was to terrorize people.”… John Kerry
Really deep-thinking and it all went south from there.
